ASCENDING	Ascending: constrain access to the ascending side of the satellite’s ground track, defined as the portions of the ground track where the Earth-fixed latitude increases.
DESCENDING	Descending: constrain access to the descending side of the satellite’s ground track, defined as the portions of the ground track where the Earth-fixed latitude decreases.
