Members

HOLD_ENTRY_NO_MANEUVER	The aircraft will enter the holding pattern at the normal holding point.
USE_STANDARD_ENTRY_TURNS	The aircraft will enter the holding pattern using a standard entry maneuvers defined in the FAA Instrument Flying Handbook.
USE_ALTERNATE_ENTRY_POINTS	The aircraft will enter the holding pattern at an alternate entry point.
